In this project, I led the rebranding of SUD, an American barbecue restaurant and bar in Kigali. The work focused on developing a clear brand concept, visual identity, and overall brand direction, with the aim of creating a more relaxed and approachable atmosphere. The scope included merchandise, printed materials, and brand assets, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints. In addition, I worked closely with the team to implement the brand in daily operations, trained staff in tone of voice and visual guidelines, and collaborated with the social media team to align communication with the new brand identity.
