As a Communications Specialist, I was responsible for strengthening the digital presence and overall communication of Lärarnas a-kassa. I created content for newsletters, campaigns, the website, and social media, ensuring a clear, trustworthy, and consistent tone across all channels. The role also included UX design and user-centered communication, with a strong focus on accessibility and clarity. In addition, I worked with internal communication, employer branding, and provided communication support to managers. The goal was to make complex information easy to understand while building engagement, trust, and a strong organizational identity.
