As Creative Lead, I also led the development of the store concept and spatial direction for the Delibox retail environment in Kigali. The focus was to translate the brand identity into a physical store experience, creating a refined delicatessen environment that highlights product quality while guiding customers naturally through the space. I worked with the overall store layout, customer flow, display principles, and interior visual direction to ensure a coherent connection between brand, product, and store experience.
